iVAC Product Warranty

All iVAC Dust Collection Control Products are covered by a Limited 1 Year iVAC Product Warranty

All iVAC products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Proof of purchase is required. BCTINT Limited, the designer and manufacturer of iVAC products, carries a limited obligation under the iVAC product warranty that shall consist of repair, replacement or credit, at its option; provided that the product has not been misused, abused, altered or damaged as determined by the company. The customer will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This warranty does not cover, and is intended to exclude any liability on the part of BCTINT Limited, for any incidental damages, consequential damages, labour charges or any other costs incurred in connection with the purchase or use of iVAC products.

The iVAC product warranty is a reflection of our faith in the design excellence, manufacturing quality and robustness of our family of products. We are recognized as building the finest dust collection control systems for do-it-yourselfers, hobbyists and professionals. Our products are available from a variety of quality woodworking supply sources, as well as online through iVAC. We welcome your comments and feedback, without reservation.

SECOND-HAND ITEMS OR PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED RE-SELLERS ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. iVAC WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

iVAC products are sold in Canada and United States through a network of authorized dealers selected by iVAC. Some of these dealers may have internet sites on which they are authorized by iVAC to sell a select mix of our products. iVAC dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent and sell iVAC products. iVAC provides a warranty on products sold only by our authorized dealers.

Unfortunately, iVAC products are sometimes sold by retailers that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized dealers are not purchased from iVAC; instead they are acquired from many other sources. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to iVAC’s warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of our consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase.

iVAC products sold by unauthorized dealers sometimes are purchased on a secondary “gray” market and can be damaged, defective or stolen goods.
